Riyadh: GOSI - General Organization for Social Insurance has received the ISO 30405:2016 certification for Human Resource Management. Guidelines on Recruitment by Active Business Solutions Management Consultancy Co.

It is the first company in the region to have been recognized for implementing world-class standards of Human Resource Management.

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) is a Saudi Arabian government agency concerned with social insurance in the country. GOSI is supervised by a board of eleven directors from government departments, employers and insured persons.

Recruitment is a major part of human resource management, including the necessary activities an organization undertakes to attract, source, assess, and employ people.
